Registering as an Organization:
Sign up with us and continue as an organization. You'll be redirected to your dahsboard where you'll be prompted to complete your profile.
Providing Required Information:
Fill in the necessary data about your organization, including mission details, contact information, and legal status. Upload any essential documents as requested.
Verification and Approval:
Sit back and relax! Our team will review the submitted information and documents. Once verified and approved, your organization will be successfully registered on our platform to start receiving support.
For Creating Fundraising Campaigns
Initiating a Fundraiser:
Non-Organizatins are also welcome to create fundraisers by Signing up and selecting to continue as an independent fundraiser. You'll be redirected to your dahsboard where you'll be prompted to complete your profile. Please provide convincing evidence and necessary documents where necessary. For Organizations, When your organization has been approved, Click on the Create Fundraiser link on your dashboard to kick-start your fundraising campaign.
Completing Campaign Details:
Provide compelling information about your cause or initiative, set fundraising goals, and outline how the funds will be utilized. Upload any necessary supporting visuals or documents.
Verification and Activation:
After submission, our team will review your campaign details. Once validated, your fundraiser will be activated, allowing you to start raising funds for your cause within the specified campaign duration.
Vetting Process
Vetting Criteria:
Entities must provide extensive details, including mission alignment, impact assessment, legal status, references, and community engagement, these form the basis of our evaluation process.
Documentation Review:
Review of all documentation provided, such as financial statements, legal registrations, and certificates to confirm the organization's legal status as a charitable entity.
Background Checks
For entities and key individuals involved, we conduct background checks as an integral part of our process. This includes verification of identity and professional history.
On-site Assessment
As part of our thorough vetting process, whenever possible our team conducts physical visits to beneficiary entities' addresses to validate their existence, assess their operational setup, and engage in interviews or discussions with the organization's leadership.
Website and Social Media Verification
We utilize online platforms, including websites and social media channels, to further validate the entity's history of activities, community engagement, and consistency with the provided information. We check online platforms for reviews or feedback from individuals or communities who have interacted with or benefited from the entity's services.
Continuous Monitoring
Post-onboarding, beneficiary entities are continually monitored to maintain their commitment to transparency and effectiveness.
Detailed Profiles for Donors
Each beneficiary entity showcased on our platform has a comprehensive profile outlining their mission, impact, and operational details, allowing for informed giving decisions.
