Give Aid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from normal app usage. However, in cases where it can be established that such damages directly result from proven negligence or misconduct on the part of Give Aid, our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. This includes situations where issues arise from our own actions, errors, or failures, provided they are not caused by the user's misuse of the app or explicit violation of these terms.

We will endeavor to give users adequate prior notice of any such changes, except in cases of urgency, security concerns, or legal obligations where immediate action is necessary. In instances where account suspension or termination is under consideration due to violations of terms, fraudulent activities, or any behavior deemed harmful or inappropriate, users will be notified of the reasons and provided with an opportunity to present their case or clarify any misunderstanding.
